Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TENNE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
- We offer a 30 day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. This does not include flash sale items or final sale items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email info@tenne.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 3-5 business days.
- If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
- As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
